Frequently
Asked Questions
What is Executive Advantage?
Executive Advantage is a select group of business leaders that are committed to success. We gather once per
month to work through our system of analyzing business
metrics and offering solutions through peer sharing.
Who belongs to Executive Advantage?
For a complete biography of each member, inquire with the
group facilitator, Brian Barquilla at 904-704-5058.
How will Executive Advantage
improve my bottom line?
Whatever challenge you face or whatever seemingly
insurmountable hurdle ahead, Executive Advantage has a
solution or knows someone who does. Steering clear of
pitfalls is just one benefit. We force you to think about
your business as you rarely would. We will analyze your
processes, employees, cash flow and business relationships.
We will unlock opportunities that you would never have seen
on your own. If you don’t want to be challenged and are
comfortable with your current level of success, Executive
Advantage is not for you.
If there is nobody from my industry, how will they help me?
That’s the beauty of it. We don’t know your industry as well
as you do, so this allows us to think out of the box when
suggesting solutions. At the core, every business is very
similar. We all deal with employees, customers and planning
for the future.
How confidential does the group keep information?
Without complete confidentiality, it would be impossible to
share sensitive business information. As a result, every
member signs a confidentiality agreement prior to
participating.
Am I eligible for consideration?
Membership to Executive Advantage is by invitation only. If
you feel you share common member traits and meet the minimum
criteria, we invite you to call group facilitator, Brian
Barquilla at 904-704-5058.
When are and how long do meetings last?
Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at
rotating locations. Meetings begin promptly at 5:30pm and
last until 8:00pm.
What makes this group different from others available?
CEOs and Presidents are busy people that just don’t have
time to sit for full day workshops and sift through
information that they may or may not use. The Executive
Advantage is much more focused. The group collectively
decides what topics they want to cover and the facilitator
seeks out experts in the field and brings them to the
members. We don’t meet during “A” time because this is when
we focus on our action plans. |
